At AKLNY – Aklny, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for orders placed through our app.


1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted in the following situations:

  • The order was cancelled by the vendor or by us before preparation or dispatch.

  • The order was not delivered due to reasons within our or the vendor’s control.

  • You received the wrong order, incomplete items, or products that were not as described.

  • In case of failed payment transactions where your account was charged but the order was not confirmed.


2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not apply in the following cases:

  • If the order has already been prepared, shipped, or delivered.

  • If you provided incorrect delivery details.

  • If you changed your mind after the order was confirmed and prepared.

  • For certain categories like pharmaceutical products or perishable food (due to safety and health regulations).


3. Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be submitted through our customer support team via the app, email, or phone.

  • Refunds will be processed after verification with the vendor and delivery partner.

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.


4. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before vendor confirmation or preparation without charge.

  • If the vendor has already started preparing your order, cancellation may not be possible and no refund will be issued.
